  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt

  • 10 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove giblets from inside the turkey, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
  3. Rub olive oil all over the turkey's skin and season generously with salt and pepper inside and out.
