  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic and ginger paste, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with the marinade. Let it sit for at least one hour.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken until browned (5-7 minutes).
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and coconut milk or heavy cream to the skillet; stir well.
  5. Return chicken to the sauce and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with cilantro garnish alongside naan or rice.
