  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium if preferred)
  • 1 ripe avocado (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions (15-20 minutes), then let cool.
  2. Cut nori sheets into desired shapes.
  3. Take about 1 tablespoon of sushi rice and press it into each nori piece to form cups.
