Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and baking powder until well combined.
  4. If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about an inch apart.
