  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas or corn)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with chopped onions and minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, sautéed beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and vegetables; mix well.
  5. Fold in half of the cheddar cheese and transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
