  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Set Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode, add olive oil, season chicken with salt and pepper, and brown for about 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Stir in minced garlic for 30 seconds, then pour in marinara sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  3. Close lid, set valve to 'Sealing', and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  4. Carefully switch valve to 'Venting' after cooking; open lid when safe.
